TJ Fry has been a resident of The Woodlands since 1982. He entered real estate in 2002 first as a commercial financial analyst, then as a lender. He’s closed hundreds of real estate transactions as a lender, from residential and construction, to commercial and development.
In 2009 he purchased a company, expanded it, and sold to a national firm. Since then he’s returned to real estate focusing on commercial transactions.
Currently he serves as the director of leasing at Pinecroft Realty, responsible for managing the company’s leasing and marketing objectives and strategies, including managing third party broker relationships. He works with the ownership to market each property and negotiate leases. In addition he assists in the sourcing of new opportunities as well as working with the property management group to coordinate the expansion and renewal of existing tenants.
He has served on the board of directors for multiple non profit organizations.
He’s a graduate of Clemson University (team captain and scholarship recipient), a 10 time Ironman (3x Kona), and is married to his wife Amy of 20+ years with two great kids.
